Press Releases, and Upcoming Events MotherWoman has been awarded a $1500.00 grant from the Open Meadows Foundation in Brooklyn in support of the MotherWoman Postpartum Stress Support Group, the only weekly support group for mothers experiencing postpartum stress, depression and anxiety in all of Central and Western MA, and the entire states of Connecticut and Vermont. MotherWoman has received a $1500.00 grant from the Open Meadows Foundation in Brooklyn-- a small foundation created and run by women which funds only projects that benefit women and girls. "We are so deeply honored to have been recognized for our hard work by the prestigious Open Meadows Foundation," stated DeSilva. "I blow a kiss to Nancy Dean, Beva Eastman, and all the ladies at Open Meadows who are running Open Meadows and making grants that support so many important projects." |
