MomsRising welcomes legislators back in session

There is only 6 months left in this legislative session and because of other issues we fear that our Reps and Senators might take a seat on this really important bill.
We say no way! we need to make paid sick days a reality in 2010! Your legislators need to hear from you to know that there is support for this legislation- NOW!
We need you to join the MomsRising “Welcome Wagon” – to welcome our legislators back from break and let them to know that Paid Sick Days is a priority!
Tell your legislators we need to make paid sick days a PRIORITY for working families in Mass- we want to be back to work- not back to bed!
We will deliver your messages while welcoming back our legislators from the (something about flu season?) long winter break!
Come to the state house Wednesday Jan 20th at 10:30am meet at the grand stair case .
Join our “Welcome Wagon”- bring the kids and your walking shoes ( and a wagon if you have one!) and help us deliver messages from moms around Mass and small businesses to RSVP or carpool info - email marianne@motherwoman.org.
